Providers Choice Inc. (PCI) is a non-profit organization in Minnesota that sponsors licensed child care programs on the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). We provide education, support and enrichment activities to insure the health and well-being of adults and children and to encourage healthy eating habits. CACFP provides reimbursement to child care providers to help them serve nutritious meals and snacks to the participants in their care.
