These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Piperic, including the website at https://piperic.com, dashboards, domain profiles, reports, exports, APIs, datasets, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Piperic is operated by Rácz Akácosi Laura, a sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) established in Hungary, registered at Darvas László utca 3, 3900 Szerencs, Hungary, Hungarian tax number 45746550-1-25 ("Piperic", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" means both you and that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
Piperic provides business intelligence about public websites and domains. The Service may include:
The Service is a business-to-business information service. It is not intended for consumer use, personal household use, credit eligibility, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance eligibility, healthcare decisions, background checks, law enforcement decisions, or any other regulated eligibility decision.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate account, billing, tax, and contact information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, export links, and download tokens. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
You must promptly notify us at support@piperic.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Accounts are for the subscribing organization only. You may not share accounts, API keys, export links, credentials, seats, or access with another organization or use a single user account for multiple people unless the applicable plan expressly allows it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe that account information is false, payment obligations are not met, the Service is being misused, security is at risk, or these Terms are violated.
The Service and all data, reports, exports, and outputs obtained from the Service ("Piperic Data") are provided only for lawful internal business purposes, such as market research, B2B prospecting, sales intelligence, technology research, category analysis, website intelligence, and compliance-oriented domain review.
You must not use the Service or Piperic Data for personal, household, consumer, or unlawful purposes.
Subject to these Terms, payment of applicable fees, and any applicable order form, Piperic grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service and Piperic Data during your subscription or authorized access period, solely for your internal business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. Piperic and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, Piperic Data, software, datasets, databases, models, scoring systems, designs, trademarks, know-how, documentation, and related intellectual property.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Unless Piperic expressly agrees in a signed written agreement, you must not:
Piperic may use technical, contractual, and statistical measures, including watermarking, rate limits, anomaly detection, and audit requests, to detect unauthorized redistribution, account sharing, database reconstruction, and misuse.
You must not use the Service or Piperic Data to:
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and Piperic Data, including communications or campaigns that you or your vendors conduct using Piperic Data.
You represent and warrant that:
If you export or otherwise receive personal data from the Service, you act as an independent controller for your use of that data unless a signed data processing agreement states otherwise. Piperic does not control your campaigns, outreach, targeting, messaging, suppression lists, legal basis, or downstream processing.
Piperic may identify, classify, mask, display, or export business contact data found on public web pages or derived from public website signals. Public display may be limited or masked. Full contact data may be available only to authorized users or paid exports.
Piperic does not intentionally provide consumer personal data, children's data, special category data, passwords, payment card numbers, national identifiers, health data, criminal offense data, or private account content.
You must treat any personal data obtained from Piperic as personal data under applicable law, even if it is public, business-related, role-based, or professional.
Piperic may remove, suppress, mask, restrict, or correct data in response to legal obligations, data subject requests, opt-outs, source changes, quality issues, or internal policy decisions.
You agree that:
Piperic is not responsible for copies of data that you have already exported, shared, imported into your systems, or otherwise processed outside the Service.
Piperic Data is generated through automated crawling, parsing, classification, inference, enrichment, and analysis of public website signals and other permitted sources. It may be incomplete, outdated, inferred, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, duplicated, mislabeled, or affected by changes in third-party websites.
Technology detections, categories, country indicators, language indicators, contact indicators, AI-policy indicators, confidence scores, and similar outputs are informational signals only. They are not guarantees.
You are responsible for independently reviewing Piperic Data before relying on it. Decisions made using Piperic Data are solely your responsibility.
The Service is provided for business information purposes only. Piperic does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial, security, compliance, privacy, marketing, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
You may access APIs only if your plan or order form permits API access. You must comply with all API documentation, authentication requirements, rate limits, quotas, field restrictions, export limits, and security controls.

We may throttle, suspend, modify, or terminate API access at any time to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
If you submit domains, URLs, files, lists, notes, tags, filters, CRM records, or other content to the Service ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases required to submit and process that User Content.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Piperic a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use User Content as necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, Piperic may use non-personal, aggregated, de-identified, or domain-level technical information derived from User Content to improve the Service, provided that such information does not identify you as the source.
You must not submit sensitive personal data, children's data, passwords, payment card data, government identifiers, health data, criminal offense data, or data you are not legally allowed to process.
Paid features may be offered as subscriptions, export credits, one-time exports, API credits, usage-based plans, enterprise plans, or other commercial packages.
By purchasing a paid plan or export, you authorize Piperic and its payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals using your selected payment method. Fees are due in the currency and billing cycle shown at checkout or in the applicable order form.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in a signed order form:
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, VAT, withholding, or similar charges, except taxes based on Piperic's net income. If withholding is required by law, you must gross up the payment so Piperic receives the full amount invoiced unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Piperic may offer free, trial, preview, beta, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. They may be subject to additional limits, reduced support, and additional disclaimers.
Beta features are provided for evaluation only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unstable. Do not rely on beta features for production decisions.
The Service may interoperate with or depend on third-party services, such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics providers, CRM integrations, object storage, or data processors. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Piperic is not responsible for third-party services, changes, outages, errors, or acts and omissions.
Piperic uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your accounts, devices, credentials, API keys, exports, and downstream systems.
You must not disclose vulnerabilities publicly or exploit them. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@piperic.com.
Non-public information disclosed by either party that is marked confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential must be protected with reasonable care and used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public without breach, already known without restriction, independently developed without use of confidential information, or lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, requests, improvements, or feedback, you grant Piperic a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.
Upon termination, your license ends. You must stop using the Service and Piperic Data, delete or return Piperic Data if required by your plan, order form, or law, and continue honoring confidentiality, suppression, privacy, and data-use obligations.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive, including intellectual property, data restrictions, compliance obligations, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
We may perform maintenance, deploy changes, restrict access, remove data, or change features as necessary for security, performance, legal compliance, or business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Piperic Data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Piperic disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
Piperic does not warrant that:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piperic and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost opportunities, lost goodwill, lost data, business interruption, cost of substitute services, or downstream claims, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piperic's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Piperic and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors from and against all claims, demands, proceedings, investigations, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
Piperic may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification. You must cooperate and may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes obligations on Piperic without Piperic's prior written consent.
You must comply with applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws. You must not access or use the Service if you are located in, organized under the laws of, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of any country, region, person, or entity subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes that prohibit such access or use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Service, email, or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed order form states otherwise.
Before filing a claim, each party will try to resolve the dispute in good faith by written notice and negotiation for 30 days. Notices to Piperic must be sent to legal@piperic.com.
If the dispute is not resolved, the courts located in Budapest, Hungary will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum. Each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of data, intellectual property infringement, security incidents, confidentiality breaches, or unauthorized access.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, your account, or your rights to the Service without Piperic's prior written consent. Piperic may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or by operation of law.
Piperic will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, power failures, labor disputes, supply failures, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, legal changes, or third-party service failures.
Piperic may provide notices through the Service, email, account dashboard, website posting, invoice, or other reasonable means.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any applicable order form, and any signed addendum form the entire agreement between you and Piperic regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
If there is a conflict, the following order controls unless expressly stated otherwise: signed order form, signed addendum or data processing agreement, these Terms, documentation, website content.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Piperic's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
