Pepe Mendes is a Brazilian cinematographer and has been a four-time finalist for the ABC award (Brazilian Association of Cinematography) and won the trophy for best advertising photography with the film Be Who You Are, Ítalo Ferreira, by Oakley, which also won other international awards. Among the features is Charcoal, by Carolina Markowicz, which had its international premiere at TIFF and in Brazil at the Festival do Rio.
