Since 1994, the Minnesota Hooved Animal Rescue Foundation has been rescuing, rehabilitating, retraining and rehoming horses and other equids in need. We work with law enforcement agencies throughout the state to rescue neglected, abandoned, and abused horses and other animals and give them the care they need and the chance for a better life.
