We are a grassroots 501(C)3 non-profit organization founded in 2000 by concerned community members and leaders who saw a great need for support and advocacy for Laotian youths, students and families. In 2010, many Laotian Americans went undercounted. In 2020, we are making it a goal for all Laotians around the nation to get counted.
