Kauai Poke Co. began its journey in 2018 as a humble catering company and food truck, serving fresh island flavors to local events, family & friends gatherings, and community celebrations. What started as a small, family-driven operation quickly became a local favorite — and in 2022, we proudly opened our brick-and-mortar location in Koloa/Poipu.
