Alessandro Falco (b. 1986) is a documentary photographer based in the Brazilian Amazon. His work explores the social and environmental challenges facing the rainforest and its people, working on commission for leading outlets such as The New York Times, National Geographic, Bloomberg, Die Zeit, Der Spiegel, and Folha de S.Paulo. Falco lives in Belém do Pará, at the mouth of the Amazon River.
