Jupiter Power is proposing to build and operate the Windy Bluff Energy Storage Facility (Windy Bluff) in Weld County, Colorado. Windy Bluff is a 125-megawatt battery energy storage project that will connect to the existing Vasquez electric substation on County Road 36. The facility aims to improve the reliability, stability, and resiliency of the regional power grid.
