We are the Friends of the Bear Coast, the stretch of wild Alaskan shoreline spanning from the Northern tip of Cook Inlet down to the southern boundary of the Katmai preserve and beyond. We are a grassroots collective of professional guides, fishermen, biologists, lodge owners, pilots, and outdoor adventurers who all have something in common – we are determined to protect one of the last great wildernesses left on earth.
