Whiskers, Inc., was founded in 2014 by 2 cat trappers, Debbie Johnson & Jenna McCombie, who were doing TNR (trap, neuter, release) in Los Angeles. Whiskers has grown to include more volunteers and a home-based foster care system to aid our cat adoptions.
