Wellness with Carlene offers Individual somatic counselling and Intuitive Eating counselling. Carlene has a special interest in working with people whose relationship with food, sex, their body and mental health is influenced by their current or previously held spiritual beliefs, religious trauma and/or complex and developmental trauma.
