The West Coast Collaborative Episcopal School for Ministry is a joint initiative of the Dioceses of Northern California, El Camino Real, and San Diego. The School offers innovative formation programs for both lay and diaconal ministries, drawing on the curriculum of the Iona Collaborative. Current offerings include formation for Lay Preachers and for those preparing for ordination to the Vocational Diaconate.
