Wallflower Community Outreach provides homeless street outreach and connections to essential services , including Medicaid enrollment, healthcare access support, and SNAP enrollment, throughout northern Cass County and southern Jackson County, Missouri. Our outreach focuses on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness by addressing both immediate needs and long-term barriers to stability.
