The Upper Missisquoi and Trout Rivers (UMATR) Wild & Scenic Committee protects 46.1 miles of rivers that flow through eight towns: Westfield, Troy, North Troy, Richford, Berkshire, Enosburg, Enosburg Falls, and Montgomery in northern Vermont. The UMATR Committee is made up of two representatives of each town from the UMATR towns.
