A proposed decoding of the Voynich Manuscript as an oil-based pharmaceutical manual in Latin, Occitan, and Hebrew. 88.5% of 37,044 tokens decoded with a 4,265-entry glossary. Five Latin verb families conjugate correctly. Independently verifiable.
