I am a painter who works with acrylic paint, oil paint and mixed media. My paintings begin with only one mark of the brush and work themselves in to a woven pattern of colors that overlap and skip across the surface often circling back through the shapes. The layering of a mark provides interest to my work as I discover new ways of creating each composition.
