A few years ago, my life as a poor journal-writer changed at the advice of Randal A. Wright, a speaker at BYU education week. He advocated writing a <a href="https://www.amazon.com/WORD-JOURNAL-FINDING-YOUR-PURPOSE/dp/B0037NVF92/ref=sr_1_1%20ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1487829310&amp;sr=8-1&amp;keywords=Three+word+journal">three word journal</a> by jotting down three keywords at a time to secure a memory. Later they could then be expanded into a short memoire. A journal was born! My efforts are below:
