Our beans are roasted in small-batches on the northern slope of Pikes Peak, elevation 9,182 feet. Coffee roasting at high-altitude requires a lower temperature and shorter roasting time, which some say creates a smoother, brighter and more complex flavor. The views aren't bad either.
