The concept behind Spiral Ascent is that life is a continuous upward trajectory through time. We often seem to go in circles yet never return to exactly the same place. Through constant self improvement, in a sense we never grow old. We learn something new every day, or so the saying goes. The contents of this blog are the ramblings of the author about what he has learned during the previous day.
