When I started to leave animals off my plate, I wasn’t watching YouTube or reading about vegan food online. Cooking was not something I enjoyed or did often. My microwave was basically the only appliance I used. Today, I don’t even own a microwave and instead I’m eyeing the new set of pots and pans as I drool past the kitchen section at the mall : )`
