Sparselizard: A high-performance, open source finite element library for multiphysics simulations. It features efficient adaptive mesh refinement, domain decomposition for large-scale simulations. Sparselizard can handle a wide range of problems in 3D, 2D axisymmetric, 2D, and 1D. Additionally, built-in geometry definition and mesher tools are provided, and complex geometries can be imported from various mesh formats.
