Spades Pitching is an organization that takes a multifaceted approach to training our athletes. By focusing on long term athlete health, efficient and repeatable mechanics as well as the mental component of pitching, we build our athletes into true pitchers. Spades provides a variety of services such as individual pitching lessons in Naperville, group class work, in season summer recovery work and in season fall recovery work.
