Welcome. Software is complicated. As a human endeavour, software is arguably the most complicated thing we build. Even though it’s already incredibly complex, there is a propensity to make it even more complicated. Here I look at ways this complexity can occur and thoughts on mitigation. Focusing on simple, clear approaches and processes which deliver results, supporting the complex task of building software, because software is complicated enough.
