Founded by Orange County native and educator, Shari Markowitz, Schoolhouse Pops are inspired by the cultural diversity of Southern California—and models its products on the delicious and refreshing Mexican paleta. As a middle school guidance counselor in the Irvine Unified School District, Markowitz works closely with students and parents from every walk of life—and is dedicated to helping everyone who comes in her path.
