The Seattle Cascades are a professional ultimate team that competes in the Western Divisionin the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA). The team is named after the mountain range that runs through the Pacific Northwest and their mascot is a gender-neutral blue Sasquatch (a.k.a. Big Foot), named Casey.
