The SBE/DBE Construction Coalition Group was founded by Pete Varma and co-founded by Laura Uden both in the construction industry and serving as a Small Business Council Board Members in Construction Industry. The purpose of organizing an SBE/DBE Construction Coalition Group is to form partnership and collaboration among the groups of certified Small DVBE, MBE, WBE, SBE contractors, suppliers, and professional services.
