Russian Journal of Economics (RuJE) is an open access, peer-reviewed, quarterly journal that publishes high-quality research articles in all fields of economics related to policy issues. Prominent on the RuJE agenda is original research on the Russian economy, economic policy and institutional reform with broader international context and sound theoretical background. This focus is not exclusive and RuJE welcomes submissions in all areas of applied and theoretical economics, especially those wit
