The Pacific Ace Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on June 22, 2020 and created by the Lake County Ordinance No. 2020-27 for the purpose of constructing, and/or acquiring, maintaining and operating all or a portion of the public improvements and community facilities within the District.
