Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (OKCL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle, promoted by the Government of Odisha as an independent autonomous company, incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. It was formed under the Higher Education Department (HED), Government of Odisha (GoO) in 2011, jointly promoted by the Government of Odisha and Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL).
