New Zealand Equestrian Advocacy Network seeks to unite all New Zealand recreational horse riders and provide support to enable them to find and improve localised riding access. We aim to improve horse riding access in all NZ public spaces and ensure the safety and wellbeing of NZ horse riders and their horses through inclusion of horse riding in NZ transport law, and through road safety and trail sharing awareness campaigns. NZEAN intends to be the primary contact when planning horse access.
