All New Yorkers, regardless of immigration status or how long they have lived here, want the same basic things: to participate in their communities, provide for their family, and live without fear. The New York for All Act (S.2235/A3506) would protect immigrant New Yorkers by broadly prohibiting state and local officers from colluding with ICE to detain and deport our neighbors.
