Nurses Reaching Out (NRO) is a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) that was set up in 2009 to improve nursing and health care by empowering and supporting nurses to access appropriate evidenced based health care practices. By doing this we hope to make improvements not only to the care patients receive but also in the patients’ environment. At present NRO works in Northern Uganda.
