The Authority takes a hands-on approach and stays involved in a project from conception to closing and through final maturity of the debt. In addition to the financing services provided over the course of a transaction, NJEFA staff provides New Jersey institutions with expertise in financial markets, tax and securities law, and post-issuance matters, among others.
