Our lab employs multidisciplinary, cutting-edge techniques to dissect transcriptional regulatory mechanisms of gene expression using embryonic/blood stem cells as model systems. We aim to understand how transcription factors control spatiotemporal gene expression and how genetic information within regulatory regions cooperates with TFs to determine cell fate.
