Manhattan East Community Association (MECA) finds solutions and gets results through grassroots engagement. Founded in 1990, MECA has helped improve Midtown Manhattan communities and other neighborhoods on Manhattan’s east side.. The all-volunteer non-profit organization is an affiliate of St. Vartan Park Conservancy and Murray Hill Neighborhood Association.
