At Libellula Movement Studio, Sidneys Pilates Studio, clients are hand selected and placed into classes that best meet their goals, schedule, and experience, with room to grow, strengthen and expand their skillset. Clients keep their weekly spot on an ongoing basis which allows them to grow and strengthen their skill at a consistent space, and never worrying about not getting into there class.  Services include reformer pilates, mat pilates, chair pilates, pilates classes and pilates privates.
