Lauren grew up outside of Boston and now lives in Austin (the poet in her only likes to live in places that rhyme). She studied Psychology and Sociology at the University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em! When not writing, she spends her time cuddled up on the couch with her two kitties and a good book, or with family.
