We study how the genome quantitatively encodes regulatory information by developing methods in high-throughput functional genomics. The lab is part of the Département de biochimie et médecine moléculaire within the Institut Courtois d'Innovation Biomédicale (CI2B) at Université de Montréal and is affiliated with the IVADO consortium.
