The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is an elected office established by the Florida Constitution. The duties of the office include court services in support of the judiciary, the public, and attorneys; management of Lake County's official records; comptroller to the Board of County Commissioners; and passport and documentary stamp agent.
