SPEAK is a conference that brings together the Kentucky District of the National Speech and Debate Association, the Kentucky High School Speech League, the Kentucky Educational Speech and Drama Association, Bluegrass Debate Coalition, the Louisville Diocese of the National Catholic Forensic League, and the Wilson Wyatt Debate League (KY NSDA, KHSSL, KESDA, BDC, KCFL, and Wyatt Debate) into an alliance -- the Speech Professional Educational Alliance of Kentucky -- that offers professional develop
