The International Institute for the Conservation, Archiving and Distribution of Other People’s Memories (IICADOM) is a project initiated in 2005 by artist and filmmaker Jasper Rigole. The core of the project is a growing collection of orphaned home movies sourced from garage sales and flea markets. The majority of these amateur films, travelogues and family documents are found in Belgium and surrounding countries.
