Michael is the director and head training coach of Heat Performanz. He is born in the Philippines and has been living in Hong Kong for 10 years. Started his fitness journey as a body builder and powerlifter, he has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years as a fitness professional with an extensive history in health promotion and management of individual physical fitness.
