I’m a creative leader with experience in user-centered design and digital product development. After running independent design studios in Brooklyn, I moved to Michigan for a position at Herman Miller where I founded their digital product design program. I’ve scaled that program from being a team of 1 (just me!) to now having 10 direct reports. Together we have introduced design thinking methods which helped transform a century-old manufacturer into a more customer-centric organization.
