An experimental collaborative project initiated by Frances Whitehead of ARTetal Studio + The School of the Art Institute of Chicago + The Innovation Program of the City of Chicago. The program embeds practicing artists into city government, to bring new perspectives, mindsets, and processes to develop and execute projects that have a lasting impact on the future of Chicago.
