At East Grinstead Runners we’re a friendly bunch. We like positive attitudes and offer bags encouragement and fun. We started in June 2018 and are growing fast with everyone’s fitness. Whether you run just because you love it or you are training for a 10k, marathon or ultra, we welcome keen, sociable runners; our members come in all shapes and sizes and of all abilities. All that we need to know is that you can run a 5k to join.
