Direction 180 is a non-profit community-based opioid treatment program based on the principles of harm reduction in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In operation since 2001, Direction 180 offers opioid agonist therapy (OAT), such as methadone and buprenorphine, and various other health services and programs for people with opioid use disorder (OUD).
