Our training courses are catered to healthcare providers, safety specialists, lifeguards, personal trainers, school staff, childcare providers, babysitters (11 years old and up) and anyone interested in creating a healthier and safer community. Our center serves Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Classes are offered regularly at our designated training location, as well as, off-site locations per request.
