The Board Internship (TBI) is a joint program from CMA – a ministry that seeks to maximise the effectiveness of Christian organisations – and Korus Connect – a Christian NFP that partners with like-minded people and organisations to transform communities. It places young Christians under 35 in the boardrooms of Christian NFPs and Churches for 12 months, during which they receive hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship and become genuinely part of the Host Board’s operations.
