On March 20, 2026, Tessenderlo Kerley, part of Tessenderlo Group signed an Asset Transfer Agreement to acquire a production plant previously owned by Cinis Fertilizer AB (Sweden). The production plant, located in Sweden, produces sulphate of potassium (SOP) and was built with the aim of producing an environmentally friendly mineral fertilizer for sustainable agriculture. The acquisition will be integrated within Tessenderlo Kerley International (operating segment Agro).
