The Center for Efficient Mobility (CEM) is a consortium led by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute and consists of six partner universities: Johns Hopkins University; Georgia Institute of Technology; University of Texas at El Paso; the University of California, Riverside; Morehouse School of Medicine; and North Dakota State University.
